Apply crème to thin skinned areas (neck, inner arms, upper chest, behind the knees, and/or inner
thigh). Apply 1/2 tsp. crème daily for 3 weeks then stop for a week. Repeat. Apply 1-2 tsp. crème
30 min. before exercise or sexual activity of as directed by a physician.
